/&gt;Poner en la procesadora:&lt;br /&gt;-Nueces, almendras, semillas de lino, castañas de cashew y/o otras semillas o frutas secas, en su preferencia crudas y sin sal.Lo ideal es poner dos o tres tipos de semillas/frutas secas para no confundir demasiado los sabores.&lt;br /&gt;-Pasas de uva y/o dátiles para endulzar, las semillas pueden ser un poco amargas.&lt;br /&gt;-Agregar coco rallado y miel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procesar todo junto hasta que quede como una masa.&lt;br /&gt;Poner en el fondo de una asadera apretándolo para que quede compacto.&lt;br /&gt;Poner en el horno o aparato para deshidratar a una temperatura de 45º C aprox.
